Do you book villas or rental homes?

Absolutely! We’ve built a trusted network of carefully vetted villa and rental home partners around the world, giving you access to exclusive private listings. Unlike Airbnb or VRBO, we only work with accredited local properties that meet our high standards for quality and service. This ensures every stay is a luxurious and seamless experience, perfectly tailored to your needs.

Can I book using credit card points/miles?

We’re happy to work with clients who want to use points or miles for flights (it’s often the best way to get the most value!). However, Curated by Caitlin isn’t able to assist with hotel bookings using hotel or credit card points.

Do you work with all hotels or only certain ones?

I can book any hotel, but I specialize in luxury stays and have strong relationships with many top-tier four and five-star properties.

I usually book with Amex or direct with the hotel, what’s the difference?
